Non-Transferable Lifetime Warranty Information

How does the warranty work?

 Your donut machine is warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days.
Thereafter, for as long as you own the donut machine and are using Lil' Orbits donut mix, we will repair or replace any faulty component for a flat fee of $75.00 per hopper motor or heating element and $100.00 per servo motor. Some restrictions apply. All prices FOB Minneapolis.

 The Lil' Orbits Uni-Matic II machine is warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days, and for a full year against defect in parts.


Equipment Service Information

What happens if I need service?

 If your machine ever needs service, simply call our Minnesota offices at (800) 228-8305 and request a service technician. They will be happy to answer any and all questions you may have, and should your machine need to come in for repairs, they will take care of everything you need. Contact us during business hours Monday through Friday. If repairs take longer than 72 hours, we may send an exchange replacement component to you upon request so you can continue operating.
